Tilia Seismic Shutdown System Package

The Tilia Seismic Shutdown System Package is a powerful kit for taking instant and automatic action to shut down sensitive machinery, appliances etc. in event of an earthquake.

The package consists of one of our proven Tilia T100 seismic sensors, paired with the innovative SCB seismic control box. The seismically qualified T100 accelerographs detect even the smallest vibrations and are able to activate relays and alarms in the SCB control box when an earthquake is detected..

Following a seismic event, the alarm can be cancelled via the integrated reset button.

The package contains 50m ethernet cable for connecting sensors and control box, as well as a power supply. A 12V battery can optionally be connected to the systems integrated UPS module.

P-wave detection

The Tilia T100 can detect P-waves using a configurable STA/LTA algorithm, increasing the potential for an early warning before the arrival of the more destructive S-waves and Surface Waves.
