Tilia Earthquake Alarm Package

The Tilia Earthquake Alarm Package is a powerful kit for detecting earthquakes and activating alarms in places like offices, hotels, schools, shopping malls etc. 

The Earthquake Alarm Package consists of our proven seismic sensor, the Tilia T100 accelerograph, paired with our innovative CP10 control panel. The seismically qualified T100 accelerograph detects even the smallest vibrations, and can activate relays and alarms in the CP10 control panel when an earthquake is detected. From the CP10 the earthquake can be monitored live, as well as previous earthquakes can be studied.

Following a seismic event, the alarm can be cancelled via the integrated reset button, and the CP10 calculates the onsite earthquake magnitude in MMI as well as key parameters like PGA, PGV and PGD, giving a quick assessment of the size and impact of the event. 

The package also contains 50m of ethernet cable as well as a power supply. 

P-wave detection

The Tilia T100 can detect P-waves using a configurable STA/LTA algorithm, increasing the potential for an early warning before the arrival of the more destructive S-waves and Surface Waves.
