Tilia SCB Seismic Control Box
The Tilia SCB Seismic Control Box is a powerful add-on product for onsite integration of Tilia seismic accelerographs.
The control box combines multiple important functions in one device, acting both as a network relay for Tilia instruments, as a network switch with PoE ports, as an uninterruptible power supply (UPS) and as an alarm interface.
Tilia SCB is capable of powering 2 daisy chains of Tilia instruments with PoE, thereby highly simplifying cabling. The systems integrated UPS functionality provides continues operations during power outages (battery installed externally) and with the integrated relays, Tilia seismic instruments can activate alarms or shut down machinery. A 4G modem can optionally be attached to the SCB, allowing remote access to instruments, or file upload to servers, or it can be connected directly to an internet router.
