Tilia V245 Velocity Sensor
Tri-axial 4.5-315Hz Geophone-based Velocity Sensor + 138dB RecorderTilia V245 Velocity Sensor + Recorder
4.5 – 315Hz Bandwidth
The Seisodin Tilia V245 is a combined velocity sensor and recorder, tailored for cost-optimized vibration monitoring applications. The instrument provides velocity measurements using three 4.5Hz long-travel geophones and and three 24-bit digitizers.
The Tilia V245 can be daisy chained, thanks to it’s dual ethernet transceivers integrated directly in the instrument. The V245 supports distances between daisy chained devices of up to 100m between each device, and up to 300m with range extenders. The integrated UPS in every instrument ensures continuous recording, and with an external 12V battery the off-line operation can be extended even further. The integrated dual ethernet transceivers support power-over-ethernet (PoE) resulting in highly cost-effective wiring as each instrument can supply power to the next device in the chain through the ethernet cable. Tilia accelerographs provide extremely precise timing. The system relies on a hardware-backed phase-locked PTP integration, which ensures industry-leading offsets between daisy chained devices as low as 40 nano-seconds!
